Okay y’all, fall is finally here in Texas!! Everywhere else in the world has been experiencing fall, expect for us Texans. It’s been pretty brutal with all these 100+ temps. is finally hitting the mid 70s and that’s not THAT cold, but we’ll take it!! I hate when all the pumpkin spice things come in and it’s still feeling like summer. The weather Gods need to get it together and bring on the fall crisp air! Probably doesn’t help much that I put my fall decor up in August. It’s like bringing Christmas too soon… yet I’m not sure if that’s all that bad!
Let’s get down to it and chat about this outfit! Buffalo plaid is my favorite print for fall. I think it looks adorable on everyone and for all ages. Front knot thermals are a total must have for your wardrobe too! This top is super easy to throw on with leggings, SPANX leggings, or jeans. It comes in two colors, black and red. This top from Pink Blush is maternity, but trust me it can easily work for regular sizing too. I would suggest to order your true size, as it fits oversized. There’s no ruching on the sides, allowing this top to work as a non-maternity piece. The reason it works for maternity is the length. So if your not pregnant, it works perfect paired with leggings. Who doesn’t love a little extra length? No one would need to know it’s maternity or not. It’s our little secret…
Front knot thermal tops I love with leggings because it’s that comfortable and looks darling with riding boots. These boots have been a best seller for many season. There’s a reason for it… these boots are AMAZING!! They come in black and brown. Personally, I am more of a “brown boot” fan because it’s “less black” when wearing black on black. I’ve linked all the outfit details (maternity friendly and non-maternity) below to make it easy for you to shop!
So friends, I hope you have a happy Monday! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions related to sizing for any of the items I talked about today!
